Gordon is responsible for the Nurture teams in the Midlands and South West as well as National gritting operation.
He has a strong customer focus and combines horticultural knowledge with management experience. Prior to Nurture, Gordon helped develop the regional business for 2 other national contractors.
Building relationships is a key part of Gordons ethos, supported by Nurtures business systems and committed staff.

After studying both horticulture and garden design Jonathan established his own business before joining a national contractor. He has very broad landscape maintenance experience which he draws upon in his role managing the South West region. Jonathan enjoys the autonomy to act as a small local operation, allowing him to adapt to the needs of clients, while receiving the infrastructure support of Nurture’s national network.
Following 20 years service in the Royal Air Force, Mick has combined his management skills with a passion for horticulture. Since joining Nurture Mick has managed a wide range of contracts including Corporate clients, Schools and Hotels. Mick’s focus is on building strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service and the highest possible standards of landscape maintenance.
Robin graduated in Landscape Contract Management from Merrist Wood College, Surrey, and is responsible for static landscape sites within the south. He has over 20 years’ experience within horticulture and has managed a range of prestigious client contracts, ranging from local authority to corporate headquarters; he has been responsible for two sites that have received BALI awards.
He has a keen interest in environmental practices, and is one of our qualified bee keepers.
Tony graduated with a Kew Diploma in Horticulture in 1992, and has worked in various horticultural industries including Interior Landscaping, Landscape Construction, Local Authority Green Spaces and Contract Management ever since.
He joined Gavin Jones in 2011 as a Contracts Manager with a varied portfolio including hotels, business parks, Local Authority contracts and mobile teams.
He now works for Nurture Landscapes looking after a number of high profile static sites including Croxley Park and Aztec West Business Park.
Tony enjoys developing staff in their roles and building strong customer relationships with his clients.
David has over 10 years’ experience within the grounds maintenance and hard landscaping industry, joining Nurture through the Rockside acquisition.
Having joined Rockside Estates in 2012, David has worked his way up through the ranks starting on the tools as an operative, moving up to Team Leader, Senior Team Leader, Reactive Supervisor, to a Senior Contract Mangers role.
He has a wealth of experience on a variety of contracts including Office Parks/Industrial Estates and Retail Parks and has a strong focus on building strong and long-term professional relationships, working with key clients to provide them with the highest standard of grounds maintenance and hard landscaping.
Mark has over 15years experience with the industry. Having studied both horticulture and garden design at City of Bristol Collage, Mark went on to establish his own business maintaining residential properties, before joining a national contractor. Starting on the tools and working his way up to a Contracts Manager position, Mark has developed a wide understanding throughout the business.
After graduating Bridgend College with a National Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture and Sports Turf Maintenance, Olly began his career as a horticultural apprentice within the Public Sector and developed a strong practical ‘on the tools’ knowledge base, where he quickly progressed to the role of Assistant Area Parks Officer.
During this time, Olly was responsible for achieving 2 Wales In Bloom Awards and 4 Green Flag Awards in a number of locations.
Olly began working in the Private Sector as a Contracts Manager in 2018, with over 10 years experience within the industry.
Richard joins the management team having spent the first part of his career working on the tools. His practical knowledge gives him an excellent insight in managing the challenges of day-to-day service delivery, and his expertise will help in supporting our mobile teams.
Stephen served 23 years within the British Army in Her Majesties Service prior to joining Nurture. During his time there, he gained very high standards of leadership and managerial skills, which he now utilises in the diverse role of managing the day to day running of the Litter Pickers and the cleansing of all sites across the South West region and Wales.

Dan has been working within the horticultural industry for over 20 years, having gained diplomas in both horticulture and arboriculture at Cannington college.
Initially working in arboriculture covering high profile areas such as Helligan Gardens and London square mile, he moved on to take care of a number of formal gardens including Elmers Court, Lymington and New Place on Shirell Heath, before moving to Rhinefield House.

Richard joined the management team after previously working on the tools.
Working from the ground up, Richard has gained strong knowledge of the grounds maintenance industry through various roles within Golf Course Management and more recently within Commercial Grounds Maintenance.
He has a high attention to detail and a passion to succeed, which he utilises in supporting the continued growth of our teams.
