After studying both horticulture and garden design Jonathan established his own business before joining a national contractor. He has very broad landscape maintenance experience which he draws upon in his role managing the South West region. Jonathan enjoys the autonomy to act as a small local operation, allowing him to adapt to the needs of clients, while receiving the infrastructure support of Nurture’s national network.
Following 20 years service in the Royal Air Force, Mick has combined his management skills with a passion for horticulture. Since joining Nurture Mick has managed a wide range of contracts including Corporate clients, Schools and Hotels. Mick’s focus is on building strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service and the highest possible standards of landscape maintenance.
Robin graduated in Landscape Contract Management from Merrist Wood College, Surrey, and is responsible for static landscape sites within the south. He has over 20 years’ experience within horticulture and has managed a range of prestigious client contracts, ranging from local authority to corporate headquarters; he has been responsible for two sites that have received BALI awards.
He has a keen interest in environmental practices, and is one of our qualified bee keepers.
Sam has worked within the landscape maintenance industry for 12 years. He has good experience in managing a diverse range of clients over a mixed portfolio of both static sites and mobile teams. Through this, he has gained a good solid practical knowledge and understanding of how to achieve first rate standards on client sites. His passion is to train and develop his operational team, and help grow the business through best practice.

Richard joins the management team having spent the first part of his career working on the tools. His practical knowledge gives him an excellent insight in managing the challenges of day-to-day service delivery, and his expertise will help in supporting our mobile teams.
