Biography

Simon has two roles, first as Sales Director responsible for leading the sales team, business development and client retention, and secondly assisting clients in improving Biodiversity within their grounds and gardens. Aged 16 he joined the staff of RHS Wisley and has worked continuously in horticulture, maintaining roof gardens, corporate headquarters and local authority green spaces. He is a member of the London Natural History Society and amateur beekeeper.

Jonathan Turner

Senior Business Development Manager Midlands & South West


Biography

Jonathan leads sales development across the Midlands and South West regions. He has 20 years’ experience gained working for a range of national landscape maintenance contractors. Jonathan is adept at identifying the most economic and efficient maintenance regimes, especially for multi-site clients, and is keen to help Nurture continue to grow.

Will Pettit

Business Development Manager North


Biography

Will manages sales and business development throughout the North. He began his horticultural career on the tools, rising into supervision and contract management, providing him with extensive practical knowledge for his current role. He is always looking to add value to client accounts and using Nurture’s expertise to expand into new areas. Will has great confidence in his client proposals due to the quality of the management team and the high standard of work produced by the gardeners.

Business Development Manager Gritting - Midlands & South West


Biography

Stuart has over 9 years’ experience working within the gritting industry, having previously worked as an account manager/ sales manager for two winter gritting companies. He has lead the innovations of the winter service into specific sectors, none more so than the Rail Industry.

Stuart has an excellent proven track record in new business development, and will concentrate on increasing our portfolio of gritting sites, proactively selling our comprehensive service into existing and potential new customers on a National scale.

Stuart will be based in the Midlands covering both the Midlands & South West regions.

Business Development Manager Gritting - South & London Region


Biography

Ian joins us from Truegrit and has over twenty five years experience in sales and business negotiations. Ian will be based at our Head Office in the South and will be responsible for developing our gritting portfolio with existing clients in the South and London regions and developing new opportunities nationally.

Ian has a diverse wealth of experience within sales, having previously worked within the motor trade and energy sector industries with clients such as British Gas and Npower, as well as working in a FM role for the cleaning industry prior to moving into the gritting world.

Ian is a strong team player and is committed to delivering a quality service to fulfil all customer requirements.

Business Development Manager Gritting - North Region


Biography

Linette joins the Nurture team having worked in sales and business development for over 15 years, with her last 3 years being dedicated to the winter gritting and snow clearance industry. Linette brings with her a wealth of knowledge & a passion to deliver results.

Linette will primarily be responsible for increasing our gritting portfolio within the North Region, however she will also play a big part in helping the team to develop national contract opportunities.

Business Development Manager - Scotland Region


Biography

With 10 years’ experience in Business Development and Account Management Andrew joins our team at Nurture bringing with him Gritting and Snow Clearance Industry knowledge. He prides himself on great customer service and attention to detail, attributes that fit perfectly with Nurtures profile.

Andrew will be responsible for Grounds Maintenance and Gritting, developing relationships in our Scotland region. Using his expertise will support growth and expansion of new business with local and national accounts.

In his spare time he enjoys Music Concerts, Mountain Biking and skiing when the weather permits.

Steve Cotton

Interior Business Development Manager


Biography

Steve is responsible for managing the Interior Plants portfolio in the Midlands. He is a qualified horticulturist and has been in Interior Plants his whole career having managed his own business in South Africa before relocating to the U K.

He has a good eye for design and loves the whole IP process from the design to the installation and then the maintenance thereafter.

He covers a large geographic area from Nottingham to Reading as well as having a large London Portfolio. He is also responsible for the project management of the Midlands Christmas portfolio.
