Gordon has a strong customer focus and is responsible for Nurture’s team in the Midlands. He combines horticultural knowledge with management experience, having helped develop the regional businesses of two national contractors. Building relationships is the key to Gordon’s success, supported by Nurture’s business systems and committed staff. Gordon is also well versed in the treatment of Japanese Knotweed.
Chris manages a wide variety of contracts throughout the West and South Midlands, from multi-site mobile through to large static sites. During his 20 year career he has maintained business parks, private gardens and leisure facilities. Chris is passionate and skilled in producing designs and planting plans.
Dave manages a number of prestigious static sites across the Midlands region. After completing his YTS in Horticulture he worked in Football Groundmanship at European and Premier League level for several years before completing a diploma in Turf science. Prior to Joining Nurture Dave worked for several large Landscape Maintenance companies in the UK. Winning 8 BALI awards in the past 10 years is testament to his ability to drive quality through best practice in Horticultural principles.
With 20 years’ experience in Horticulture, he works closely with his clients to provide a true working partnership and thrives in providing innovative solutions based on CSR and Environmental values.
Darrell has been in the Industry for over twenty-five years and remains as passionate about horticulture as he did when he first started out on the tools. Over the years he has worked on some of the biggest and most challenging landscape projects in the country, including Stansted Airport and The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Darrell has worked in all aspects of landscaping from construction, grounds maintenance, tree surgery through to interior plant installation and maintenance
His focus is on providing the best possible service for his clients to the highest standards. This is evidenced by the attainment of numerous prestigious National awards (BALI and E-Fig) over the years.
Darrell manages the Milton Keynes branch, with a portfolio comprising of Business Parks, University grounds, NHS Trust as well as commercial premises.
Dave has 30 years’ of industry experience having worked in all aspects of Horticulture; including Landscape Maintenance, Interior planting and tree surgery. His in-depth knowledge and versatile skill base are testament to his ability to deliver a quality bespoke service to all his customers. Dave works closely with his teams, ensuring all aspects of the company’s Health and safety systems are met and a high quality level is consistently delivered.
Dave manages a number of prestigious static sites and mobile teams across the South Midlands, and has enjoyed recent national recognition having won a BALI award for Maintenance standards in 2015.
Keith has been in the grounds maintenance industry for 30 years, of which 28 years was with one company, where he worked his way up from grounds maintenance operative to the Contract Managers position he now holds. He manages teams who service contracts in Milton Keynes, Northampton and the Bedford areas and strongly believes in the ethos of working as a team and encourages his staff to work together and help each other out when needed.For the past six years Keith has also managed the large Christmas trees installation side of the Christmas tree department, successfully installing live trees in excess of forty foot into some pretty unusual places such as St Pancras Railway station.
Mick has been in the horticultural Industry for over twenty years and has recently joined Nurture from Frosts Landscapes, where he has worked his way up from the tools to contracts manager for several large stand-alone sites.
Mick played a pivotal part in managing the maintenance on The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park both before and after the Olympic Games. During this time Mick honed his management skills and extended his horticultural knowledge.
Mick currently manages two prestigious Business Parks in the Oxford area as well as the Porsche experience centre at Silverstone race circuit.
Mick has formal training in horticulture to NVQ standard, IOSH managing safely certification and is currently studying for his NEBOSH certificate
Lee has been in the landscaping industry for over 18 years and brings to Nurture an extensive hard and soft landscaping background that he uses to help meet the needs of our customers. His considerable experience allows him to manage a variety of sites, from small spraying contracts to some of our more prestigious client premises.
Lee will based out of our Newton Depot in Nottinghamshire, focusing on the direct management of our mobile teams to help provide the highest levels of quality and service delivery to our clients in the Midlands.
Anand has 20 years’ experience within the grounds maintenance industry, initially starting with a work placement whilst he was in college.
He joined Nurture as an assistant head gardener, but through his hard work and keen eye for detail continued to grow within the nurture family: working his way up to the position of Site Manager, responsible for managing the prestigious Wellcome Genome Campus, in Hinxton which won a BALI principle award in 2014.
He is focused on building close working relationships with clients, and looks forward to developing his career with Nurtures continued growth.
Andy has worked within the local authority and landscape contracts area for almost 30 years. He has excellent experience in leading large teams, having run large contracts employing up to 40 staff members in the past. Andy and his team currently look after the Milton Keynes Councils, North and Rural contracts, across the north of Milton Keynes and the surrounding area.

Craig has 9 years’ experience in the field, starting his career as an operative then working his way up to assistant contracts manager in May 2017. He now has responsibility for managing and supporting our Hatfield depot; visiting the teams on a regular basis, overseeing and ensuring that all site schedules are met.
Craig also has responsibility for running a Christmas department; installing between 16-40ft trees; travelling across the country sourcing and installing the perfect tree for our clients, and managing large teams when installing bespoke Christmas Trees.
