Mark joins Nurture as part of the Integritas acquisition and will join the Nurture Board. Mark has 30 years of industry experience and a lifetime of horticultural knowledge. He is qualified in Amenity Horticulture, Landscape and Sports Turf Management and has worked as Operations, Sales and Acquisitions Director with some of the industry’s leading companies. Mark’s wide experience and knowledge of horticulture will help Nurture continue to be a leading company in the landscape market.

Karen’s career in HR and Management Development spans 25 years, where she has worked for a variety of industries including 5 years prior experience within the landscaping industry.
Karen will oversee and develop the people related policies and procedures associated to the Human Resources function with Nurture, as well as being responsible for Management Development Programmes within the business.
Jacqui joins the Nurture team with 15 years’ experience in Recruitment and HR.
Her previous experience includes multi-site regional roles in the Retail and Hospitality industry.
Jacqui has a particular passion for delivering great customer service both personally and through the people she works with.
Her primary focus will be to support the South Division of the company and further develop the people related policies and procedures associated to the Human Resources function within Nurture.

Paul oversees the ISO 9001 and 14001 management systems which includes internal auditing, maintenance and upgrade of both systems and health and safety inspections. He has worked in horticulture since 2003 in a variety of roles before specialising in environmental management. Paul is motivated by the team ethic at Nurture, being willing, friendly and passionate about what they do to produce a great service and product.

Simon's role as our Environmental, Social, and Governance
(ESG) Manager, is to support us as a business in response to the importance of
climate change, how we manage our supply chains and to help build trust and
foster innovation with employees, clients and suppliers.
Simon champions the Nurture Award and assists clients in improving Biodiversity within their grounds and gardens.
Simon joined the staff of RHS Wisley at the age of 16 and has worked continuously in horticulture ever since, maintaining roof gardens, corporate headquarters and local authority green spaces. He is a member of the London Natural History Society, Plantlife and the Bumblebee Conservation Trust and a Beekeeper.

The safety of staff, customers and all who come into contact with Nurture’s operations is of paramount importance. Robin’s role is to implement and monitor health and safety and ensure compliance with legislation. Robin has nearly 40 years of experience within the Horticultural Industry, specialising in grounds maintenance Health & Safety for the last 18 years, having previously spent 17 years lecturing Horticulture at an Agricultural College where Health & Safety was paramount within all courses & practical activities. A Safety Manager within the high risk environment of the grounds maintenance industry, he specifically focuses on employee induction training, ongoing safety training for all staff and operatives and completes a wide range of activities on site at operational locations throughout the UK.

Bill has worked within horticulture for 42 years, with the last 20 years being at Nurture and Gavin Jones.
His experience includes having twice been a Head Greenkeeper, as well as working on several golf course constructions.
For the last 25 years Bill has worked in training and compliance, recently specialising in energy management.
Bill is a beekeeper and manages a smallholding in Hampshire.

Damien has worked within Health & Safety throughout his career.
Since 2019 he has worked within the Landscaping industry for Rockside Estates & now Nurture.
Damien is married with a young son and enjoys playing football and was a keen triathlete, completing several long distance Ironman triathlon events.
Senior Training ManagerEmail
John oversees the training nationally for Nurture and assists with Health and Safety as required. He has always worked in Horticulture and is a Lantra qualified trainer and assessor for vocational and NVQ qualifications that are all Landscaping focused. John is passionate about delivering nationally accredited qualifications and in house training for the team to assist with our professionalism. He loves cycling and is a very passionate beekeeper who has worked for central government and travelled most of Europe to feed his passion about honeybees.
Ian oversees the training in the North for the Nurture Group and assists where required on all Health and Safety issues. Having worked in the Landscape Industry for 30 years, Ian has gained several qualifications in the Horticultural industry from BALI, City & Guilds and LANTRA .
He delivers nationally accredited qualifications as well as in-house training and is a qualified LANTRA Trainer, City & Guilds Assessor and Internal Verifier; delivering Levels 1, 2 and 3 Diplomas in Horticulturefor the future development of our teams.
In his spare time, Ian enjoys watching motor sports and mountain biking and spends many hours touring the lengths and breadths of England.
Trevor oversees the training in the south for Nurture and also assists with Health and Safety matters as and when required.
He has over 37 years of experience in horticulture, and has gained 3 city and guilds in general horticulture as well as 4 city and guilds in amenity horticulture.
Trevor has a vast knowledge of a wide range of machinery and has a passion for passing this knowledge on.In his spare time, he likes playing darts and spending time with his wife, children and grand kids
