He has worked in horticulture for over 25 years, and has particular expertise in business and IT systems.
As one of the founding Directors of Nurture Landscapes, Paul is immensely proud of the business which has grown from an idea into a quality, multi-award winning national service provider.

Darrell has been in the Industry for over twenty-five years and remains as passionate about horticulture as he did when he first started out on the tools. Over the years he has worked on some of the biggest and most challenging landscape projects in the country, including Stansted Airport and The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
Darrell has worked in all aspects of landscaping from construction, grounds maintenance, tree surgery through to interior plant installation and maintenance and has help attain numerous prestigious National awards (BALI and E-Fig) over the years.
His focus is on growing sales in the South region of our business.

Myles's introduction to horticulture started in Australia, where he worked in the grounds department of his old school whilst studying History and Psychology at university, before taking a job within advertising.
On moving to the UK, Myles came full circle and took on a role as a strimmer pilot. Enjoying the work so much, Myles decided to further his career within the industry by studying at Merrist Wood College, and worked his way into contracts management.
Using the experience he gained from managing a variety of grounds contracts, Myles now works within our Business Devlopment team, helping increase the Nurture Groups portfolio across London and the South of England.

Kevin has over 30 years’ experience within the horticulture industry, and was formerly a director of Claphams Landscape Services prior to joining Nurture on 1st March 2020 through acquisition.
Kevin has been in the industry all his working life and has studied horticulture and business at university.
Starting in the business from aged 16, he has worked in a variety of industry roles around the world gaining valuable experience, before going on to set up his own business which then later became part of Claphams.
Kevin is experienced in all aspects of the industry, from grounds maintenance, hard and soft landscaping, to tree surgery, landscape design, interior planting etc.
His particular strength is in working alongside clients to provide the correct maintenance programmes as economically as possible to meet client expectations.
His current focus as part of the Business Development team, is to increase business across the Nurture Group with an emphasis on existing clients, using his many years of industry expertise to expand the business throughout the UK.
Ed has over 12 years’ experience in the horticultural industry and was the founder of Rockside Estates Ltd, who joined Nurture on 1st March 2020, strengthening and enhancing the service portfolio to clients across the South West and South Wales.
Ed is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and prior to setting up Rockside, was a Partner at Workman having spent over 15 years as a property management surveyor.
Alex has over 20 years experience within the horticulture industry and was the founder of Eco Landscapes, who joined Nurture on 1st October 2019, strengthening and enhancing the service portfolio to clients across the South of England.
Alex’s main focus as part of the Business Development team will be to increase business across the Nurture Group with an emphasis on existing clients, using the expertise he gained from running Eco Landscapes to expand our business throughout the UK.

Eric joined Nurture with over 35 years’ experience in the Horticulture Industry. His experience includes, local authority, tree and shrub nursery, social enterprise, Groundwork trust, social housing and private landscape companies.
He is a qualified Horticulturist and studied at Myerscough College.
Eric is based out of our office in Blackburn in Lancashire, and is primarily responsible for increasing our Grounds Maintenance portfolio within the North Region, as well as giving support on local and national tenders.
Eric is keen to help Nurture grow as a business and deliver a quality service to our clients, ensuring they are happy with our service and helping them make their greenspaces look as the best they can be.

Stuart has over 9 years’ experience working within the gritting industry, having previously worked as an account manager/ sales manager for two winter gritting companies. He has lead the innovations of the winter service into specific sectors, none more so than the Rail Industry.
Stuart has an excellent proven track record in new business development, and will concentrate on increasing our portfolio of gritting sites, proactively selling our comprehensive service into existing and potential new customers on a National scale.
Stuart will be based in the Midlands covering both the Midlands & South West regions.

Ian has a diverse wealth of experience within sales, having previously worked within the motor trade and energy sector industries with clients such as British Gas and Npower, as well as working in a FM role for the cleaning industry prior to moving into the gritting world.

Robyn is a Business Development Manager in our Plant Displays team, covering Central London and Home Counties.
Following on from completing a degree in Landscape Management, she has worked in garden centres in the UK and Australia, before moveing into Corporate Interior Horticulture in 1999.
Having worked in various roles within the industry, Robyn not only has a good knowledge of interior plants and their care, but also understands the requirements and expectations of clients.
She enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and using design practices to come up with successful and beautiful planting schemes for the modern office environment.
In addition, Robyn also has a good knowledge of exterior planting for exterior roof garden and terrace planting schemes as well as expert knowledge of the on-going maintenance services required.

Gordon has worked within the horticulture industry for nearly 20 years, starting his career as an operative.
Gordon now works as part of our Business Development team as an Estimator, working on the technical pricing element of our bids and contracts, helping with all aspects of the tender process.
During his time within the industry, Gordon has completed a BaSc in Environmental Study at Auckland University.
In his spare time Gordon enjoys outdoor pursuits, music and film and is also an active volunteer with the Guiding Association.
Dulcie is a Senior Design Consultant focusing on green/living walls. Having studied Interior and Spatial Design at Chelsea College of Art and Design, Dulcie is experienced in working on a range of interior projects and is an advocate for biophilic design, with the aim to incorporate planting into our everyday lives in creative ways.
She has worked on a range of commercial and residential award winning projects, including an in-store advert for John Lewis, a collaboration that won a Silver-Gilt for a Green Wall Pavilion, titled 'Fibonacci in Nature' for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, and a Gold Plants@Work award for an interior living wall at Smarkets HQ.
