A fantastic end to another fantastic year ! We couldn't be more proud to scoop two principal awards at this years BALI's.

Our first was in the Grounds Maintenance – Limited Public Access category for Chiswick Park, Enjoy-Work, a Business Park located in West London

We have held the contract at Chiswick Park since June 2010 and employ a team of four full-time gardeners and one seasonal gardener. Working with the local community is at the heart of Enjoy-Work’s values with green and environmental initiatives embedded within the organisation. The site spans over 32 acres with a mix of formal hedging, shrub borders, mature trees, amenity lawns, extensive hard surfaces with a large feature lake and waterfall situated in the centre of the park.

Our second was in the Employer Excellence – Turnover over £2.5 million category, which is a real testament to all our people.

Nurturing its team, its clients and the environment is the keystone of Nurture Landscapes. Nurture is passionate about enhancing asset value, enriching the environment and rewarding its employees at every opportunity, which is reflected in our 92% employee retention rate. A diverse, happy, healthy and motivated workforce makes a more productive workforce which is crucial to sustainable growth and offering its customers an excellent experience by delivering a high quality, sustainable and safe service.

Judges' comments: "Despite its rapid growth this is clearly a company that values its staff and puts them at the centre of everything it does."
