Due to continued growth, we are excited to have opportunities for two Human Resources Managers to join our small, friendly and busy HR Team ideally based at our Head Office in Windlesham, Surrey.
Are you an HR professional with experience in multi-site, service sector looking for a new challenge? Then we would love to hear from you.
As the Human Resources Manager, you will work closely with your client group to offer advice and support in all areas of employee relations from recruitment to absence and performance management, TUPE Transfers, Acquisitions, Appraisals, Employee Surveys as well as writing and delivering HR related training.
You will also be involved in researching, writing and implementing HR policies and procedures, wellbeing and other areas of the people function.
Skills and experiences:
To fit this role you will need to have a minimum of five years generalist HR experience at Manager or Business Partner Level in all areas of employee relations including TUPE Transfers and acquisitions. You will ideally be Full or Part qualified in CIPD, hold a full driving license and be comfortable being out of the office on a regular basis. Ideally you will have experience using an online HR/Time and Attendance system, preferably Mitrefinch HR.
