Simon Blackley Simon has worked in the Horticultural Industry for over 25 years. One of his key interests is in helping corporate grounds and businesses to improve their Bio-diversity. He is currently completing an Msc in Bio-diversity and Conservation Management. His interests include working with the British Trust for Ornithology (BTO) recording timed triads, bat detecting and moth and butterfly recording. Simon regularly volunteers with local primary schools assisting in their Eco-school accreditation. |

Anthony Ussher Anthony was the co-founder of Mulberry Grounds Maintenance which is now part of Nurture Landscapes. He is experienced in all aspects of commercial landscaping and has been responsible for many key corporate accounts throughout the UK, including Sport England, BP, Castrol, Exxon Mobil, and Hewlett Packard. His work has won National Landscape BALI Awards in the UK. |

Mick Conway Following service with the Royal Air Force, including time spent at Management level, Mick was responsible for the management and supervision of personnel. Mick also has experience of the design and delivery of training for all levels from basic trainees to senior managers. After leaving the RAF Mick combined his passion for Horticulture with his management skills and joined Mulberry Landscapes in 2007 as a Contracts Manager. |

Terry Wilkin Terry has spent most of his career working within landscape services. Terry works with many large commercial clients such as housing associations and water companies. Terry is totally focused on delivering a top quality service to his customers, the biggest of which is South East Water. |

Elaine Whelan Elaine started her career in Horticulture as a Nursery Manager and then moved on to the role of national sales and technical adviser for a young plant production company in Ireland. After moving back to the UK, Elaine began to specialise in the plant display business and now works closely with the pub industry, designers, project management teams, local authorities and independent businesses. |

Nick Ebelthite After a number of years studying horticulture, Nick has backed up his qualifications with plenty of practical knowledge and has been a key member of medal winning gardens at both Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Shows. As a Contracts Manager, Nick is focused on providing a high standard of work to a wide range of both commercial and domestic clients. |

John Psota-Jenkins John has worked within the horticultural industry for many years. His career began as a landscape operative, working his way through the ranks from Head Gardener of a 280 acre private estate, to his current position of Contract Manager. He has extensive knowledge of horticultural practices including living walls. With a great eye for detail and a desire to achieve very high standards, his key goal is to form excellent long term customer relationships. |

Jonathan Fraser Jonathan has over 15 years experience of grounds maintenance contract management plus a further 6 within business development. He has played an integral role in both the management and tendering of prestigious contracts ranging from local authorities, housing associations to corporate clients. Responsible for the operation and development of our South West region. |

Kate Smith Kate has many years experience within the facility management industry in both the grounds maintenance, property management and cleaning arenas. Kate manages both grounds maintenance teams as well as our mobile and static cleaners, with a clear focus on attention to detail and service excellence. Mark Hughes-Williams Since completing a degree in Landscape Management, Mark has worked in various occupations within the horticultural industry. Most recently working on prestigious sites in Sydney's harbour foreshore. He is concerned with delivering a high level of horticulture with a key focus on customer service. |
