Nurture reduces emissions with new fleet
As part of Nurture Landscapes commitment to the environment and operating in a sustainable manner we are replacing our fleet of Toyota Prius cars to the new class leading Volvo V50.
Emission levels are below 100g CO2 with excellent fuel economy. The larger boot and ability to tow makes them a more practical alternative to current hybrid vehicle options.
New Contract - Dorchester Hotel
Another great win in April was the Dorchester Hotel. This world famous 5 star hotel on London's Park Lane has been the mainstay of the rich and famous for decades. The hotel and its grounds have now been granted landmark status.
The quality of their grounds is of upmost importance and like the service provided throughout the rest of the hotel, is expected to be of the highest standard possible. Attention to detail is paramount with the front lawn and gardens being regularly pictured in national
newspapers and magazines.
As well as requiring the highest standards, the Hotel also expects the grounds to be maintained with the least environmental impact possible. Nurture have been able to deliver this through the use of LPG vehicles and mowers as well as bedding plants in biodegradable pots.

AZTEC WEST BUSINESS PARK
In April 2009 Nurture was delighted to be awarded a 3 year contract for the Landscape Maintenance at the Goodman Business Park at Aztec West in Bristol.
Aztec West is one of a UK chain of Business Parks under the Goodman brand. A distinct part of the character of each of the Goodman UK Business Parks is the quality of its overall environment and in particular, its green space. The park is laid out in free flowing organic shapes promoting long vistas and framed views including lakes.
A dedicated team of full time gardeners are employed to ‘Nurture’ the Park to its full potential.
Green is the key theme, so both the van and front line ride on mowers are fuelled by LPG.
