The Trust was set up in 2006 by the Rev'd Mark Mills-Powell and its core principles are;

• Key Focus is to help the poor in third world countries
  
  
• Efforts are focused on Orphanages, Schools and Churches in India and Africa
  
  
• Annual revenues are £20,000
  
  
• No office and no overheads so every penny reaches its target
  
  
• All projects are visited by a trustee at least once per annum
  
  
• Small donations that are specifically targeted bring the best results
