For the past 5 years he has worked directly in the winter gritting industry and has developed a strong passion for the delivery of service excellence. Nik leads the gritting business development for Nurture and is responsible for the growth of this important service across all regions of the UK. This is directly allied with and supported by the Landscaping divisions throughout the country, to ensure that gritting and landscaping work together in the delivery of the highest quality service available.

Stuart has over 7 years’ experience working within the gritting industry. Having previously worked as an account manager for two winter gritting companies, Stuart has an excellent proven track record in new business development.
Stuart will be based out of the Midlands covering both the Midlands & South West regions. He will be concentrating on increasing our portfolio of gritting sites, proactively selling our comprehensive service into existing and potential customers on a National scale.
Sheridan is responsible for managing the operations in the growing area of winter maintenance in the Nurture portfolio. Sheridan has over 13 years experience of winter operations, logistics, system management and planning. Sheridan comes into the fold as a result of Nurture acquiring Truegrit and looks forward to working with the Nurture team and managing all the facets of a large gritting portfolio.

Ian joins us from Truegrit and has over twenty five years experience in sales and business negotiations. Ian will be based at our Head Office in the South and will be responsible for developing our gritting portfolio with existing clients in the South and London regions and developing new opportunities nationally.
Ian has a diverse wealth of experience within sales, having previously worked within the motor trade and energy sector industries with clients such as British Gas and Npower, as well as working in a FM role for the cleaning industry prior to moving into the gritting world.
Ian is a strong team player and is committed to delivering a quality service to fulfil all customer requirements.

Linette joins the Nurture team having worked in sales and business development for over 15 years, with her last 3 years being dedicated to the winter gritting and snow clearance industry. Linette brings with her a wealth of knowledge & a passion to deliver results.
Linette will primarily be responsible for increasing our gritting portfolio within the North Region, however she will also play a big part in helping the team to develop national contract opportunities.

Andrew will be responsible for Grounds Maintenance and Gritting, developing relationships in our Scotland region. Using his expertise will support growth and expansion of new business with local and national accounts.
In his spare time he enjoys Music Concerts, Mountain Biking and skiing when the weather permits.
